At Koiwi Kara, every product is crafted with care and attention to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Returns / No Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges of products that have been opened, used, or delivered.

Order Issues

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • Your product is damaged during transit.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
